In order for a child to emotionally develop in a completely healthy way, it is
important that they have the influence of both a mother and a father. Having the
love of both parents can make such a big difference for a child. When two parents
get divorced, a child custody battle usually follows. Sadly, one parent will often
try to keep their children from the other out of spite. This is not in the best
interest of the child unless it is dangerous to have contact with either of their
parents. Don't think you are ever doing your child a favor by limiting contact with
their mother or father because you have your own disagreements. The lack of presence
of either parent can lead a child to look for attention in other unhealthy ways.
Often kids who are kept from seeing one of their parents struggle with identity
issues and depression.
My parents got divorced when I was very young. Their marital issues translated to
problems with me developing a relationship with my father. They disagreed on how my
siblings and I should be looked after and disciplined. At such a young age, my
mother would influence my thoughts by saying negative things about my father. The
more bad things I would hear about my dad, the less I wanted to see him because I
thought my mother would be mad at me. A San Diego child custody attorney would not
advise any parent to cloud their child's minds with negative thoughts about their
mother or father. You will only harm your kid if you do not allow them a fair chance
at having a relationship with both their parents.
With all this being said, do not let your child be alone with their mother or father
if there is a possiblity of danger. Putting your child in harms way is never the
right thing to do even if it means not having a relationship with both of their
parents. However, if your ex husband or wife is not dangerous and your only concern
is that your child will be influenced by their personality, it will be more harmful
for you to keep their parents out of their life.
Finding love seems to be a high prioroty of many American men and women. Sharing
your life with a person you care deeply about can feel extremely rewarding. Waking
up next to and falling asleep with the person you are in love with can also be a
very satisfying feeling. Healthy relationships can bring so much joy to both people.
When a relationship begins to turn sour however, it can be very painful. Living with
or being married to someone who no longer treats you well can break your heart. The
main key in maintaining a good relationship is communication. Not only is it
extremely important, but communication can also be really difficult. A disagreement
can sometime cause people to push eachother away instead of growing together in
understanding both points of view. You may need a San Diego divorce attorney overall.
If you are fighting more than usual with your lover or spouse, it is a good idea to
talk to them. A lot of times, one simple misunderstanding can lead to multiple
arguments. Instead of letting a small problem spiral out of control, you should make
an effort to hear what the other person has to say. Once you have tried to reason
with your partner there are other steps you can take if you still cannot make peace
with eachother. Going to a counselor or therapist may be a good idea because they
can bring an outsider's perspective. Don't go directly to a San Diego divorce
attorney if you have not tried counseling. Making an effort to resolve your
differences can make your marriage stronger. Giving your spouse an opportunity to
right their wrongs may very well save your marriage. Sadly, talking it out may not
always fix the issue. Once all your resources are exhausted and nothing has gotten
better, it may very well be a good idea to separate.
Everyone changes as they get older. People can grow apart and that is natural. Don't
think you are the only person that is considering divorce. There are support groups
and professionals trained to help others cope with a failed marriage. Moving on can
be a good thing and should not be viewed as the end of the world.

Exciting first steps on the way to electric car reality
Baby steps are small and tottering, but they lead to good, strong legs, eventually. I love all news that relates to my dream of merely plugging my auto into a socket instead of pulling in to a filthy, noisy gas station, whether it be in San Jose, Hawyward or wherever. If only I could repair my car that easily.
Today, Dec 20, 2011, a post appeared on the Wall Street Journal’s “Market Watch,” (GlobeNewswire via COMTEX), under the headline, “(automobile) Charging Group Partners With FRIT......” My friend who runs a Hayward and San Jose Auto Service repair center was telling me about this.
Michael D. Farkas, CEO of Car Charging Group, a provider of electric vehicle (EV) charging services, was quoted as saying, "Besides the obvious environmental benefits, a big advantage of electric cars will be the ability to conveniently fuel your vehicle when you're already stopped somewhere on your daily routine. Because of its prime locations across the nation, Federal Realty's unique retail and mixed use destinations serve as popular gathering places within the communities, making them perfect locations to top off your EV battery while you shop or dine."
The new partnership will entail the installation of electric vehicle (EV) charging stations on Federal Realty's 18.6 million square feet of retail locations in tactically chosen urban areas in the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic and California (hopefullt Hayward and San Jose, etc.), according to the press release and the aforementioned friend who runs the San Jose and Hayward auto repair service..
The release states that the Car Charging Group will set up Level II, 240-volt, EV charging stations, built by Coulomb Technologies. For their part, auto Drivers will be able to utilize the ChargePoint(R) Network, the largest worldwide Internet network linking EV drivers to unmanned charging stations. The Car Charging Group plans to supply its patrons with flexible payment options, and the ability to make reservations.
ChargePoint Network's cloud-based software service plans for running EV charging operations will, of course, follow customer usage patterns, energy use, costs and revenues. Drivers will be able to employ ChargePoint mobile apps (iPhone, Blackberry and Android), mapping services and driver support services. Now to just make the auto repair easier too.

More on the National Health Insurance Debate
I just got back from getting a rotator cuff tear treatment. Have you ever used PRP for a rotator cuff tear, it seems to work good. Whether you are in SC, NC or elsewhere in the country, the health care and insurance debate will just not go away, it is too big I guess. All in all, the grand old party frontrunner for the presidency, Mitt Romney, is forced by the very far right to run from the health care insurance legislation he implemented in his own state overall. Rick Perry, for his part, once the darling of the far right, has charged during the recent GOP debate that health care has risen 14% in Massachusetts since Romney’s plan was signed into law. I know that NC health insurance and also SC life insurance costs have skyrocketed recently, especially NC though.
For her part, Holly Ramer posted, “FACT CHECK: Perry miscasts Romney health,” published October 13, 2011, on the Huffington Post, a piece in which she writes about this. Ramer says that what Hubbard actually said was printed in a 2010 study he co-authored with two other economists, where it was asserted that the Massachusetts plan's "main components are the same as those of the new (federal) health reform law."
“And while it is true,” Ramer writes, “that the average premium for an individual, employer-sponsored health plan in Massachusetts was 14 percent higher than the national average last year, that gap actually has shrunk since the Massachusetts law took effect.”
Thank-you, Holly Ramer.
Ramer notes that, “According to the feds Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality, the average individual (insurance cost) for employees at Massachusetts companies with fewer than 50 workers was $5,673 in 2010, or 14 percent higher than the country median.”
I just know that here in NC if you have a rotator cuff tear
or something like that it can be touph to get some health insurance coverage, overall, especially here in NC. I mean just a rotator cuff tear. This is just a big issue with me. Politicians are supposed to have a command of the issues. The debates are supposed to allow voters to inform themselves about what the candidates have done and what they stand for. How can they make decisions when given false information?

Wrongful Death and Personal Injury Attorneys
Very few things in life bring the kind of trauma that losing a loved one brings. None of us are ready to say a permanent goodbye to those that we love. A natural death is hard enough to accept. But when a loved one was killed in an accident caused by another's negligence, the emotional pain can be more than one can bear.
In such cases you could use a Los Angeles Injury attorney
When a person's life was snuffed out because of someone's recklessness, inattentiveness, or negligence, it is referred to as a wrongful death. In some cases, an individual person is responsible. But in other cases, a company is involved. In either case, family members of the deceased person should contact a qualified Los Angeles wrongful death attorney to discuss the facts surrounding the death.
There are several reasons for consulting with a Los Angeles wrongful death or personal injury attorney in Dallas. First, the victim has left behind family members who will be robbed of any future communication and fellowship with the deceased loved one. There will be no more holidays spent together as a full family. Someone will always be missing.
Secondly, the wages of the victim are suddenly gone. A spouse or children of the deceased will now be left to scrape out an existence without the full financial benefits that the loved one provided. Los Angeles and Dallas personal injury lawyers have helped in case after case to ensure that families will not be left in the "poor house" because of a wrongful death. If you are in Dallas, Texas then you will no doubt need a talented Dallas personal injury attorneythat serves the city of Dallas and nearby areas.
Sometimes family members are hesitant to seek the assistance of Los Angeles personal injury attorneys because the families are afraid of appearing greedy. Nothing could be further from the truth. Families deserve the protection and provision that the law allows in cases of wrongful death. Our professional staff is available to help your family.

Real Estate News for May of 2011
I just returned to Denver CO from Big Bear (contractors license) and wanted to blog: Where do we stand now with the real estate market? You can read that real estate sales are looking up and that they continue to fall—and you can read both these declarations on the same day! What is really going on and what will happen in the near future? I know that in Big Bear the overall Big Bear real estate was abit down overall. Tennessee is a little bit different.
The latest on the real estate market from Zillow indicates that home values fell three percent in the first quarter of this year, a decline that has not seen since 2008—the year that marked the housing recession’s worst point. Zillow says home values fell one percent between February and March and 8.2 percent from March 2010, with a cumulative decline in home values since the market peak now 29.5 percent.
Some experts believe the decline may bottom out this year and the downward trend may reverse in 2012 when excess inventory is further depleted. As an aside if you are developing real estate in Lakewood, Arvada or elsewhere in CO, make sure you use workers with a contractors license for Denver Co Electrical contractors
for your 220 volt outlets, Dedicated circuits, dimmers and the like or you may get burned. It is very important to check their said contractors license. Big Bear too for that matter.
The Wall Street Journal published a piece on May 10, 2011, under the headline, “Home Market Takes a Tumble,” written by Nick Timiraos and Dawn Wotapka. Timiraos and Wotapka write that Home values took the largest hit in the first quarter since 2008. Home values declined 3 % in the first quarter and 1.1% in March from the previous month, depressed by foreclosures.
Timiraos and Wotapka cite Zillow’s stats that home prices have fallen for a record 57 months in a row. Last year it looked as though we might be seeing stabilization in the market but it looks as though that was an effect of the government program that allowed $8,000 tax credits for buyers.

General Contractors For Jobs Large and Small
I just returned from Phoenix and Scottsdale, Arizona back to Denver CO and had some news to share with you guys. Some brave souls take on the job of being their own general contractor. For smaller projects this may not be a bad idea. For larger jobs, such as building your own home, it could turn out to be more than you bargain for. If you are in Phoenix, for example, then I recommend you get yourself a qualified one that can show a Denver Co Electrical contractors license if you wish to hire an Arvada Lakewood or Denver Co Electrician, for example.
An inexperienced person who tries to act as their own general contractor may cost themselves more time and money in the end. A knowledgeable contractor can make for a more painless and cost-efficient project whether it be Electric panels. Denver Co Surge protectors or even Englewood Dimmers or ceiling fans, etc.
In bidding on a job, general contractors must know how to accurately project what the materials purchased from the building supply will cost, based on the blueprints. The contractor may even hire a cost estimator.
An experienced contractor will be able to identify problems that may not be anticipated by the homebuilder. He or she will walk the site and make sure the project can be carried out according to the plans.
A good construction contractor can make sure the job gets done right and in compliance with codes. The contractor can hire and oversee the carpenters, electricians and other workers needed.
For building a home most people hire a general contractor for the job because he or she will be the hub of tradespersons and will make sure things are done in the proper order. Whether you are building nursing homes or maintaining and/or repairing Phoenix luxury real estate such as country clubs and golf courses there or homes for sale in scottsdale or some other luxury real estate projects for that matter such as high end homes
then by all means ask for the electrical contractor license in question. Whether you have a relatively simple home improvement project or a large home or building, finding the right contractor at a fair price can be the challenge.
General contractors plan, coordinate and oversee the work at a construction site from first stages to doing a final walk-through in the case of a new home.
Some contractors are the sole owner of their own company or they can work for a large building company or developer. In some cases, such as larger projects, they may be called a project coordinator or project engineer.
Make general contractors are willing to accept smaller jobs, from adding a deck onto the back of a home, to remodeling bathrooms or kitchens. Most end to find their own niche or specialty due to the complexity, time and effort, and tools, required to shift from one job to another.
Building a new home requires excavation, new utilities, and even the simplest home can have complications. Remodeling requires demolition, understanding of weight-bearing walls, etc., and presents its own set of circumstances.
Many times the contractor who comes in with the lowest bid will get the job, but that can be a poor criterion for selecting the right person.

Choosing a Top property Management Firm
I just returned to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania after my Mauai trip. For their part, a top property management firm can really make your life easy if you own investment real estate. However, it is not usually that simple a thing to find a top one in reality. All in all, I suppose the very first question that you may ask is: Exactly how much experience have they actually had and secondly: do they have any specific training in the field of property management overall?
Generally speaking, if you are somewhat more of a control type of individual (or a total control freak for that matter), then you may likewise ask for invoices and/or reciepts for expenses. This may also help on your taxes anyway if it is an investment rental property. Speaking of that if you are looking for a Philadelphia property management Company in Pennsylvania for your investment real estate then I do suggest this particular one.
What do they do to recruit new tenants when needed? How do they advertise and how do they charge to fill your vacancy. What kind of track record do they have with vacancies?
Find out all the details about how evictions are handled, and all the costs associated, and how long it should take. Ir rember in Mauai having to get such a company for some investment Maui real estate and it was good that I did my research before choosing a company.
How is the yardwork/landscaping maintained? How about snow-removal, if needed.
Do they maintain reserves? How does that work? How are tenant deposits handled? Is there a special, separate account for that? Will it appear every month on your statements?
Will they send your check to you each month? When?
Do they know how to handle section 8 tenants, and what the laws require?
How do they handle emergency situations, building code compliance, safety issues?
